Reservation
Acceptance of the Regulation
Booking the property implies the acceptance of this regulation.
The booking person is personally responsible, even for the people who accompany him.

To confirm the booking must be communicated their data, a telephone number, email address, the period of the holiday, the number of persons and pay an amount as an advance, corresponding to 30% of the total amount.
The balance will be paid on arrival o before arrival by any means of payment.
Documents
The guest, on his arrival, is required to display an identity document valid for registration, in accordance with current legislation.
Non-compliance with this obligation constitutes a breach of the rules of the criminal code.
The acquired data will be processed in accordance with the current privacy legislation pursuant to Law 675/96 and Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003.
Minimum stay
For stays between 16 July and 9 September, the minimum stay is 7 nights. The arrivals take place on Saturday.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in could be effectuated from 16.00 on the day of arrival, and the room must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure.
Payment
Rates
All prices are expressed in Euro and are per apartment and for the requested period.
The price includes: kitchen, bed and bathroom linen, with mid-week change for a minimum stay of seven nights. Also includes the use of TV and heating, the use of all bathroom accessories and the kitchen room.
An extra change of linen is not included in the price, as any extra cleaning.
The price does not include any other services requested by the customer, which must be further paid.
We reserve the right to change the published prices of our apartment at any time and without notice.
However, the price agreed at the time of booking, will not be changed.
Cancellation policy
Reservation may be cancelled up to 15 days prior to client’s arrival without any charge (Example: arrive: 20 January, free cancellation up to midnight of January 5) then the deposit will be refunded.
The reservation must be modified or cancelled in writing, if within the terms, by sending an email to [email protected] and must be confirmed in writing.
In the case of cancellation during the stay by the guest, the full amount will be retained.
No-show: in case of no-show, without communication, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Cancellation penalty in high season
In the case of cancellation or modification made in the above period, there will be no obligation to return the booking deposit paid.
Sudden unavailability of the property
If force majeure make the booked accommodation unavailable to customers, the owners reserve the right to assign another property with similar or higher characteristics at the same price, or, in extreme cases, cancel the reservation, by reimbursing the tourist the amount of the deposit paid, without the latter being able to make further claims for compensation for whatever reason. Please note that outside of what you have paid nothing else will be refunded or compensated.
Damage and missing items
The price does not include any damage caused to the structure, which must be compensated in agreement with the facility manager.
The missing items from the equipment of the holiday homes, will be charged to occupant guests.
